Who this policy covers

This policy applies to this website and to enquiries you send us through it. Easy Business Strategies Pty Ltd, referred to here as ebs., we or us, is responsible for the information described below. You can reach us at hello@easybusinessstrategies.com.au.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. Our enquiry form asks for:

• your name
• your company
• your work email address
• your country, which is optional
• your product category
• a short description of what you are trying to achieve in Australia

Alongside each submission, our form software records the date and time, the page you submitted from, and the IP address and browser the submission came from. We keep that as a record of the enquiry and to limit automated abuse.

We do not ask for, and this website has no way to collect, payment details, identity documents, or any of the categories treated as sensitive information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What this website does not do

This website runs no advertising trackers, no analytics profiling and no third party marketing pixels, and it sets no advertising or analytics cookies. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and an enquiry alone does not put you on a marketing list.

How we use what you send

• To reply to you and, where it makes sense, arrange a strategy call.
• To prepare for that conversation, which may include reading publicly available information about your company and your products.
• To keep a record of our correspondence.

Who else can see it

Our email and hosting providers. Enquiries are emailed to our team and stored in this website's database, so the providers who operate those systems can technically access them in the course of running the service.

Google Fonts. This site loads its typefaces from Google's font servers. Your browser requests those files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of the request. No other third party receives information about your visit.

Beyond that, we do not disclose your information to anyone, except where the law requires us to.

Where it is stored, and for how long

Enquiries are held in this website's database and in our email system. If you want to know where a particular record is held, ask us and we will tell you.

We keep enquiries for as long as there is an active or realistic prospective business relationship, and then delete them. If you would like yours deleted sooner, say so and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your enquiry. Email hello@easybusinessstrategies.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
